Gary Carroll is a seasoned senior executive with significant experience in stabilising, growing and transforming companies with large-scale, distributed networks. He has held a number of senior roles in multi-site organisations where he’s been responsible for optimising sites through operational and cultural transformations. He has particular expertise using marketing, customer and consumer insights to drive growth. Most recently, Gary was CEO of MindChamps Australia, a premium early learning centre group. Most notable is Gary’s time at ASX-listed G8 Education where he joined as CFO in 2016, and 6 months later was appointed as CEO and successfully led Australia’s largest provider of quality early childhood education and care with over 400 centres nationwide until 2022.
Prior to G8, Gary spent ten years at ASX-listed Super Retail Group in a range of senior management roles, including Group CFO and General Manager of Group Development. During this time, Super Retail Group more than trebled in size, which was driven by network growth and a number of critical development projects that transformed and grew the network.

Martin White is an accomplished finance executive with over two decades of experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, for-purpose organisations, manufacturing, and mining services. He has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, optimising finance operations, and enhancing business performance in complex environments.
Since joining Pacific Smiles in 2021, Martin has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategies, delivering sustained organic growth, and successfully navigating challenging macroeconomic conditions.
Prior to his tenure at Pacific Smiles, Martin held key finance roles at several prominent organisations, including Life Without Barriers, General Electric, and REMA TIP TOP, where he honed his expertise in financial leadership and strategic decision-making.

Paul’s career has focused around senior operational management roles in private healthcare facilities.
He has managed a number of private hospitals of varying sizes providing a wide range of medical services. In particular Paul has specialised in managing transition and operation of newly acquired facilities. With a background in finance Paul has also overseen group wide corporate functions as well as significant involvement in multi disciplinary project teams.

With extensive experience spanning ASX-listed, Private Equity, and Founder-Owned businesses, she has led strategic initiatives that optimise performance, enhance customer experiences, and deliver sustainable business success.
Lisa has held senior leadership roles in multi-site organisations, where she has been instrumental in developing high-performing cultures and implementing people-first strategies that align with business objectives. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, business transformation, and leveraging customer insights to drive growth.
Before transitioning to executive leadership roles in Australia, Lisa held key management positions in leading South African retail organisations. She has a deep understanding of complex operational environments and a passion for fostering strong teams that deliver results.

Most recently, Troy was Head of People and Culture, ANZ for hearing care multi-national Sonova. Prior to Sonova, Troy lead the US HR organisation for global animal health care company Covetrus, as Vice President Human Resources, North America.

Luke is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, and holds an MBA specialising in Digital Enterprise.
