Managing change, driving innovation and growing customer support for new businesses and initiatives is Ciara’s passion. She has previously held senior positions at Hunter Water, Commonwealth Bank and the NRMA.

With widespread knowledge of both property and retail, Chris is confident in driving positive outcomes through his keen passion for individual leadership and team development. Prior to Chris transitioning to property, he was a Professional Golfer for 15 years where he played both domestic and international tours as well as operating his own golf business for a number of years.

Driving technology strategy and enabling business and teams to do so is at the forefront of what John delivers. Prior to joining Pacific Smiles Group John consulted for Colliers International on technology and data and held senior technology positions with Scentre Group (owner and operator of Westfield centres).
