2013 sees Pacific Smiles Group celebrate 10 years since we introduced a single corporate structure to provide dentists with the opportunity to practice from a fully serviced Dental Centre where dentists can devote their entire working day to clinical dentistry, enhancing professional satisfaction, earnings potential and work/life balance.
Our appealing Dental Centres in great locations deliver consistent patient flow. The well-equipped and staffed surgeries allow the dentists to practise effectively and efficiently. Consistency of operations and administration enhance the patient experience and assist the dentists in their clinical practice.
Suuporting the growing network of Dental Centres is a Registered Training Organisation called Dental Assistant Training Solutions, which provides nationally recognised qualifications for dental assistants and receptionists. This fully owned training organisation enables Pacific Smiles Group to provide added support to our employees and to others in the industry in their career journey.
